GENDERS – GENDer & Equality in Research and Science – is a Research Centre funded in 1995 by Professor Bianca Beccalli with the objective of promoting research initiatives, academic education, and dissemination activities from feminist, gender, and intersectional perspectives
GENDERS promotes interdisciplinary research on gender inequalities in scientific careers and, more generally, at work and in organisations, as well as critical engagement with and contribution to theoretical and empirical research on rights, non-discrimination, and intersectionality.
